Dance Paws
Wear and Care Information |
Dance Paws ® are designed by dancers for dancers, and are hand-made in the USA. They are made of form-fitting powermesh spandex and an elastic band. Ultralure fabric provides a comfortable surface for the ball of the foot. Flexible, durable, non-slippery artificial suede makes contact with the floor. WearGently place the tip of each toe through its hole, grasp the lycra and elastic and pull over the toes. Continue, releasing the fabric bit by bit as you pull them on all the way (as one does with tights). The nicer you are to them when you put them on and take them off, the longer they will last. ColorApply dry powder base make-up while wearing Dance Paws® or dye to match skin tone or costume. Dance Paws® are available in light nude. CareHand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Customize your Dance Paws ®Apply Fray Check to the toe holes after they have stretched to a comfortable fit. If you find the toe holes too tight, Dance Paws® should be customized. Failure to do so may cause the lycra to tear. Cut a very small U-shape on the side of the toe hole opposite the seam with a small pair of sharp scissors. Be careful! A small cut makes a big difference. |
Measure with a RulerYou'll need a ruler, a piece of blank paper, and a pen or pencil.
Measure the widest diameter of your foot, from the joint just below the base of the big toe to the joint below the little toe. Find your size in the table below. This chart accounts for the width of your foot but not the thickness. If you have thick feet and are close to the next size, consider one size larger. If you have a high instep and are close to the smaller size, consider one size smaller. Young children may use one size larger. |
