Pricing

Everything Dance.com strives to offer the best values in the dance industry. From time to time factors beyond our control may affect pricing. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and EverythingDance Gift Cards. All payments are processed at the time of sale.

Order Processing

In stock items will be shipped same day if ordered by 12:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders received after 12:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.

EverythingDance.com works to ensure that every order is shipped complete.

If items are on backorder you will receive an email listing the backordered items. Most backorders are shipped within 2-4 weeks.

Shipping

EverythingDance.com offers the following shipping options for your order:

UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day, UPS Next Day

Customers may choose their preferred method of shipping from the Shopping Cart screen during checkout.

Returns

Returns must be made within 15 days of shipment for exchange or refund, no exceptions. The exchange fee is $8.00. All exchanges are shipped ground unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping will incur additional cost. Special orders and final sale items are not returnable or refundable. All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Closeout Items are non returnable/non refundable. STUDIOS ONLY - ordering sizers must have the size run returned within 30 days from ship date, in original boxes for resale, in order to receive refund.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

  • Returns must be sent postage paid.
  • Items must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Shoe boxes must not be damaged.
  • Returns must include instructions telling us how to handle your return.
  • Returns must include a copy of your receipt. If you send the original, it will not be returned.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.
